I really wanted a Paypal button here, but my technophobia is showing – I’ve tried, and it won’t work for me. So here’s the deal:
Send me $17.95 Canadian for your autographed copy of “Shepherd in Residence”.
Shipping and handling is $4.00 for the first copy, $2.00 each after that.
If you’re buying more than five copies to one address in one shipment, talk to me.
You can send a cheque or money order to
#4479 Highway 129
Thessalon, Ontario, Canada
or pay by Paypal at email@example.com
If you want the book inscribed “To Aunt Dottie” (or whoever), email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and use the subject line “Shepherd Autograph”.
And thank you!
Elizabeth Creith is a fine writer with a great sense of humour and the most important thing a writer can have: real experience, which she writes about entertainingly in this fine little book. Thanks Elizabeth!
There is sadness in these pages – as in life – but there is also joy and laughter. Creith writes jauntily and has an excellent, descriptive flair. Her tale of the wayward ewe and her lamb on the hydro dam is, alone, worth the price of admission. There’s the tale of Fiddle, the barn cat who mothers an orphaned lamb. And of course there is much about the tendencies of critters, farm animals doing, well, what comes naturally so to speak, that’s guaranteed to keep one smiling.
…her letters – handwritten, by and large — were both thoughtful and entertaining…admired and loved by listeners and presenters both.
